It's possible if you have an allergy or strong intolerance for those foods. Food allergies are the number one cause of acne, and the worse the acne the more likely food allergies are involved. Eating a food to which you are allergic leads to a toxic reaction, and your immune system fights the food as if it were an invading organism. This can cause inflammation in the skin, among other things, as well as the need to eliminate the toxin.

Foods you consume don't always lead to acne. Acne is caused by oils in your skin and clogged pores. Low-fat or skim milk is better for you in many ways bar one. They have more calcium and usually have added vitamins it it. It's only down side is it has more sugar, on top of the lactose (which is the natural sugar) Full-cream milk doesn't have as much calcium but more fat. Depending on how your body absorbs these things, they MAY cause excess oils to build up in your system.Other dairy products such as yoghurt, for example, can actually help your skin as the acidophilus and bifidus that is in it helps to soothe the skin and that is why it is used ass a home facial. Cheese is full of fat and oil and may lead to acne. It also depends on your metabolic rate and how fast is processes your caloric intake.Hope this helps and have a great day/night!!!
